Hack Zine had a great post on how to upgrade to Windows Vista without having a previous version of Windows installed. The work around requires that you first install a beta copy of Windows Vista, and then run the upgrade. Thats not a bad way to save some money.
How much could you save?
- A full copy of Windows Vista Ultimate DVD will cost you around $409.99.
- A upgrade copy will cost you around $271.99
- That is a total savings of over $138…..not bad at all.
