FROM MIX 07 Microsoft on Monday launched a new version of its Windows Live developer Web site, complete with controls to build the company’s services into third-party products.
Among the new options are a Spaces Photo Control and updated Windows Live Contacts Control. The dev.live.com site already includes other code snippets covering rich media, maps, search, and authentication.

Maps mashups has increased exponentially (just as it did when sites like CommunityWalk and Platial launched). Through my regular combing of posts for content throughout the blogosphere I’ve noticed all kinds of bloggers posting links to a new My Maps mashup they have created.
Good Mashup to know before and to take precautions.Visit WhoIsSick to filter those who are sick in your area by sickness, symptoms and other data points that people have entered themselves on the site. The resulting mashup provides a current local health snapshot (depending on user participation in that area) and also would let parents, teachers etc get an idea of what sicknesses are affecting their area.
