Ok, all this discussion about what makes mobile blogging not yet popular in the Philippine landscape may have now been answered.
According to a very reliable source, there used to be more than 100,000 active/registered mobile bloggers in the Philippines and that’s just for Smart alone (both text and photos). Even if we don’t count the ones from Globe, that IS a huge number in my dictionary already.

With all the new and shiny Web 2.0 applications coming out, one may easily be convinced that desktop applications are breathing their last breath. At least that’s what Google would like you to think about Google Apps, and it’s chances against rival Microsoft Office.

Today was a great event.
