More bad news for Windows Vista as PC World crowns it as the biggest tech disappointment of the year.

When I installed Vista, months ago, with a public beta, I was quite shocked by the continuous questions like:
“Someone is trying to access the Control Panel! Cancel or Allow?” well, that “someone” was me, and after five minutes I had gone completely mental because of the continuous stupid questions.
