Rachel Hunter Stands Up For Women With No Talent Beyond Standing Up

rfid news

If magazines keep on going with actresses and musicians on their covers, where does that leave the ridiculously good looking with no discernable talent or skill besides being able to look ridiculously good? I’m glad you asked, Rachel Hunter. The model-turned-actress-turned-Stacy’s Mom- turned-swimwear-designer Hunter premiered her new Lola line of swimsuits in New Zealand yesterday, where she used the opportunity to call out Beyonce and other legitimately talented women for having the gall to grace magazine covers and put malnourished models in dire need of coke-money out of a job. The former Mrs. Rod The Bod said:

“For years now we have seen people on the covers of magazines that aren’t models, they are actresses and it’s disappointing. Sports Illustrated this year had Beyonce Knowles on the cover. What’s left for young girls to aspire to if they want to be models?”

What’s a young wannabe model supposed to do? Learn how to act??? Learn how to sing??? Learn how to do something beyond sit there and not smile???? As if. Thank you Rachel… your concern for those less fortunate (and more beautiful) is an inspiration to us all.
