So we’ve been hearing about WPFE for a while now but Microsoft has just officially announced Microsoft Silverlight. A new solution for being able to take video, interactivity, animation and make it available on Mac, Windows and many browsers. We’re talking cross-platform. Microsoft Silverlight is all about rich media experiences. And it’s all in High Definition Video directly in your web browser. You can have chapter points and full screen support.
