Melinda Doolittle gone?!?!?… I don’t even know what to say other that the people who run this show need to figure out a different method of voting because in the past two weeks they have gotten rid of the two best vocalists on the show…. which if i recall correctly is a vocal competition. wow… I’m still in shock I don’t know whats worse that the producers of the show are satisfied with such a faulty system or that the American public is so stupid that they would not only let Melinda get voted off but they would also keep Sanjya Malakar on the show for so long being that ever since the first episode he has had the absolute worst vocal every single night…. I don’t even know anymore… but yeah i totally agree with what the writter is saying on this site…

For three hours next week, spread over two agonizing nights, we must endure a marathon karaoke contest between two pleasant, good-looking young people, while we ponder the fact that Melinda could have easily wiped the floor with either of them, vocally speaking.

It’s no wonder that “Idol’s” ratings have been sinking this season – sinking by a fairly shocking degree (compared to a year or two years ago, the show’s ratings are often down by more than 10 percent). According to preliminary Nielsen numbers, “House” actually beat “Idol” in the key 18-49 demographic on Tuesday, which in itself is fairly shocking.
