Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving her New York hotel without a bra on and forgetting to button her shirt. And by forget I mean the opposite of forget. She’s completely run out of ideas to stay in the public eye. She’s already showed off every part of her body so now she’s resorting to wearing ridiculous clothing. Pretty soon it’ll be like, “God, guys, can you stop taking my picture?
