Yahoo has just launched a new section of its website dedicated to promoting green causes and fighting global warming. The company promoted the new website by presenting New York City’s cab association with 10 hybrid vehicles. The website is meant to be a source that has everything that you will need to fight global warming. There is an interative Green House on the website where you can walk through the house and see how you can save energy and resources.

There are different tips in each room of the house that will point out what you can do and change. It does a nice and thorough job of promoting many ideas that people may not be aware of that can be done in an everyday home. By making these simple changes, you can make an impact on our environment. There is also an interactive plan that allows Yahoo users to make a list of things that can cut down on CO2 emissions. It is definitely a great site for anyone looking to get involved in making a difference.
