As previously mentioned, an autopsy on Anna Nicole Smith’s body was scheduled for the morning of Friday 9th … the autopsy report states that there’s no evidence of foul play & that no traces of pills (drugs) were found in her stomach. Physical trauma, gunshot woonds, asphyxia (strangling via force or vomit) or evident chemical factors were also ruled out.

The exact words of the medical examiner were: “The autopsy was able to exclude any kind of physical injuries such as blunt force trauma, gunshot wound, stab wounds or asphyxia as a cause of death, the contributory cause of death or a hastening cause of death.”

In a previous post, i mentioned that investigators found illegal narcotics in Smith’s room, but that turned out to be not true! … The only drugs found in her room were perscription medicines like Valium, Methadone, antibiotics & over-the-counter flu & cold pills.

The exact words of the medical examiner on this were: “One is that the death is due solely to naturally causes. The other possibility is that the death might be due to some medication or chemicals. And the third possibility is that there is a combination of natural causes and medication.”

Never-the-less, the result of the autopsy report states the cause of death as ‘unknown’ …
